Cancel 48 hours or more before pickup and there is no charge. Cancel within 24 hours and you receive a 50% refund. Cancel on the day of the ride and there is no refund, but you receive a credit that is valid for one year.
If you cancel on the day of the ride, we do not refund the fare, but we give you a credit that is valid for one year. You can use it on a later ride, so a moved meeting does not mean a lost payment.
