Cancel 48 hours or more before pickup and you pay nothing. Cancel within 24 hours and you receive a 50% refund. On the day of pickup there is no refund, but you receive a credit valid for one year.
Florida's child restraint law (Section 316.613) exempts chauffeur-driven vehicles hired for compensation, such as taxis, limousines, sedans and vans, but it leaves the responsibility with the parent or guardian (Florida Statutes 316.613).
